Children learn the fundamentals of basic acro positions, locomotive skills and balance skills.They also build classroom behaviour skills, movement concepts, cooperation, and social skills without the assistance of a parent. This class incorporates imaginary play, fun and games as children are inspired to develop self-awareness and self-discipline, as well as confidence and skill.
Yoga Tots is a fun program that integrates movement and mindfulness while encouraging self-esteem and body awareness within a physical activity that is non-competitive. Physically, yoga enhances flexibility, strength, coordination,and body awareness. In addition, concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. During Yoga Tots, children have an opportunity to exercise, play, and connect more deeply with the inner self.

Active Tots is a fun and energetic program that teaches children sports fundamentals and aims to encourage their continued participation in sports while preparing them for school. Active Tots develops essential motor skills in a fun, non-competitive environment. Class activities deliver a combination of physical and emotional benefits, incorporate basic counting and colour concepts, encourage team work, build social skills and develop listening skills and concentration.
