KANGATRAINING is now part of the DiLi family and classes are located at the same venue – Anglican Church Hall on the corner of Railway Avenue and Isa Street (next to PCYC). Kids club is available for toddlers at all sessions except Fridays.

KANGATRAINING  is the ultimate postnatal workout for Mums, Bubs & Toddlers. Your child spends most of the class in a woven wrap or carrier, where they usually fall asleep with the rocking motion of movement to music.

KANGATRAINING is a complete dance based workout during which both cardiovascular endurance/flexibility and muscular capacity/strength are enhanced. Naturally, the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles and correct posture are given special attention.

KANGATRAINING is safe for your pelvic floor muscles and focuses on correct carrying of your baby during the workout. Sometimes the smallest adjustments to your carrier can make a huge difference.

Mothers who have “successfully completed” a POSTNATAL CHECK UP at their gynacologist/GP (6- 10 weeks following a normal birth or 12 weeks post caesarean section) are welcome to join us!

💚 $15 for casual classes

Kids Club will be fully supervised and cost $5 per family. Although there is no Kids Club on a Friday, there is plenty of space for older children to still come along.
